The Heart of Ancient Baku
Icheri Sheher, meaning "Inner City," is a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the 4th century. This walled city has been the cultural and historical heart of Baku for over a millennium.
Walking through its narrow cobblestone streets, you'll discover architectural gems including the 15th-century Palace of the Shirvanshahs, the mysterious 12th-century Maiden Tower, and countless historic mosques and caravanserais.
Couplet is housed in a meticulously restored building that once served as a merchant's residence, maintaining its historic character while offering modern luxury and comfort.
